We understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair while allowing us to manage our small, intimate studio schedule effectively.

Private Sessions

• Private sessions require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
• Late cancellations are charged in full.

 

Workshops & Events

• Refunds for workshops or special events are available up to 7 days before the event date.
• After this time, refunds may not be possible unless your space can be filled.

If you are unable to attend due to exceptional circumstances, please contact us directly and we will always do our best to help where possible.
